Refund and Returns Policy for Ninecraft

At Ninecraft, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple refund and returns policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@ninecraft.site to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund for Defective Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Refund for Non-Defective Items: If the return is for a reason other than a defect (e.g., a change of mind), the refund will be issued for the purchase price minus any shipping fees.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item. Due to our inventory management, we cannot guarantee availability of exchanged items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@ninecraft.site.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

7. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos and provide them to us for quicker processing of the return.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item being returned is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
